Sinopse:
A feiticeira Morgana enfeitiçou a Cidade Encantada, que perdeu toda a sua fantasia. A coelhinha Tati pede ajuda a Pedrinho, um menino que tem a bondade no coração, a coragem e a inteligência para derrotar Morgana. Em uma grande aventura, ele tenta, por meio do sonho, salvar a Cidade Encantada, mas Morgana descobre sua intenção e o faz perder totalmente a sua inteligência. Para sua salvação, aparece uma Professora mágica, que ajuda Pedrinho a recuperar sua inteligência. Eles vivem juntos situações muito engraçadas e tentam encontrar uma maneira de derrotar Morgana. Descobrem que a salvação está na Fada Esperança, que pode transformar Morgana em uma criatura boa e admirada por todos: a Fada Alegria. Assim, a Cidade Encantada volta a ter beleza e fantasia.
